Ran in the morning about 4-5 miles to the bridge and back.
Ran at under cliff over cliff. Ran 20 min to warm up. Did hill repeats on Godzilla with 6 1 mintues on with 3 min recovery then 8 30 second with 2 recovery. Then about 22 minutes back to the vans. Legs feel good bit tough trying to sprint. Im not much of a sprinter anyways
This is to keep track of my running progress from this point on.
