Time: 2 hours 12 minutes and 15 seconds
Went out a bit faster. Leg hurts again. Below the calf to the ankel. Like sharp pain when I move it. Does not hurt bad at all when I run. O well....talked for bout 2 and a half miles just to get my mind off the milege and it worked.
two weeks in a row with 72 mile weeks
