Ugh so exhausted. I did everything possible to recover though. Stretched a couple of times yesterday...used ice...went in the pool and stood around...swam for a couple of minutes...used massage stick...ate alot...slept 10 hours...and drank 2 liters of water and then some more and gatorade and still felt like shit and tired as hell running today.
