6 miles felt pretty good. It was cool out with a strong head wind. Legs feel good along with the breathing. Shoulder still a bit in pain but I am working through it. I will get the longer run in tomorrow morning but I work all night and then Sunday I will get that 15 in. Should be a lil higher milege week almost 70. Schedule says 73 and I plan to hit it next week aslong as plans go well.
This is to keep track of my running progress from this point on.
