Did not run last night cuz I was still in pain and decided to just give it a rest and see if it helped.
Woke up this morning feeling a lot better than I did the day before. My neck does not hurt as much.
So I started out just going for 4 miles and I was like half a asleep and then I decided its not hot out Im going for all 8. So I decided that around 2 miles already in and then just double backed a bunch of times to get 8 off of a 4 mile distance. I have been doing that a lot lately keeps longer runs less boring.

Shoulder feels tight but neck feels good.
This is to keep track of my running progress from this point on.
