Long Sunday Run

Time: 1 hour and 17 minutes

2 minutes slower than last Sunday. It was a bout 10 degrees warmer this Sunday and I woke up to run 2 hours earlier this Sunday also. Legs felt pretty good at the beginning and felt worked over at about half way. Once I got to the 7-8 mile I felt like I was a bit faster again and then the last mile was a little bit of a struggle toward the end since it ends on a hill almost. Otherwise it was good need to drink lots of water.

Total mileage for the week is 48 miles 2 short of last week which is ok cuz I am doing my best. Start boosting it up this week coming up.
