Long Run Sundays

Time: 1 hour 39 minutes and 14 seconds

I did 13 miles so I could end up at an even 60 for the week. Felt pretty good. Legs started to really hurt around the 8-9 mile part but my breathing wasn't heavy at all so cardiovascullarly I am good. I feel pretty good now too not that tired. It was 45 degrees when I began this morning and when I finished it was like 65 degrees. Nice change.
