Went 10 miles on a pretty hilly course but there isn't a road around here that does not have hills so you can't avoid it.

Felt a bit slow at the beginning and the beginning was tougher than the end becuz there is about 7 hills in the first 5 miles and only 4 in the second half so it is a bit easier once you reach that second half. Once I got rolling I was good. Felt like I could have gone that pace for another 5 or more miles.
Total Milege for the week has hit 50. Most that I have done.
This is to keep track of my running progress from this point on.
