Did the PM run at about 8:15 at night cuz its been above 100 all day and was still 85 with a heat index in the 90s so it was rather humid. I felt really amazing though running. Probably the best I have all summer so far. I felt really loose and flexible. I found myself going so fast that I told myself to tone it back becuz their is a time and place for everything and good runs stay good runs and you dont need to over do it. I really felt amazing though. Stretching I felt flexible than ever.

I was holding myself back a bit toward the end but I was originally on pace to be in the 40s but didnt want to ruin it. Did strides in the 2nd to last mile to help things. Turnover was good too. Overall amazing run I dont care how hot it was.
This is to keep track of my running progress from this point on.
