4 miles in the morning and later will be another run of 6 miles and strides.

Felt pretty good. Started out a bit sluggish but then once I got down the one hill my hips opened up and I was able to drive my legs forward more with ease. Felt pretty comfortable the entire way after that. Once you get locked in you locked in.
This is to keep track of my running progress from this point on.
