Every morning no matter how much sleep I get I feel more extremely exhausted than the last morning. Today my legs felt so exhausted it was hard to keep an 8 minute mile pace and all week last night was my longest night of sleep of 10 hours and it felt like such a struggle.

First mile was about 8:15 I definitely could not go any faster but 9 minute mile felt comfortable. Second mile was 8:10ish and that is the fast part with no hills so I basically got slower. Third mile I forced myself to go a little faster and hit like 7:45 and was out of breath and last mile was about 7 something which it felt like I was going a 4 minute mile. I was just trying to make up the ten seconds and I knew that I was extremely tired and these morning runs are not easy anymore becuz 8 minute mile pace is not easy to hold for me anymore it is just too much.
No matter how much sleep or food or what I did the day before each morning I am getting more exhausted and today was proof atleast at the beginning. I need to find out some way that I do not have to take a nap right now after 10 hours of sleep.
This is to keep track of my running progress from this point on.
