Did not get a chance to run last night due to it being extremely hot and my leg still hurt so decided that it was gonna be more pain then benefit.
I did run this morning and my leg left a lot betta. I did 5 miles cuz I don't know if I am going to get in the PM run since I work 2-9 today. Really sucks wish today was the extremely hot day.
Anyways the time was 36:05 and I felt pretty good. I always feel a bit exhausted starting the runs but once I get into them I feel quite comfortable. Hopefully I will be able to add something later.
This is to keep track of my running progress from this point on.
